How to store:

  • To make ahead: Prepare your ingredients the night before by chopping your ingredients and storing in an airtight container.

  • To store: Leave on countertop to cool then add to an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

  • To reheat: Stir fry over gentle heat and reheat in the microwave for a few minutes.
